If you are applying as an international student and you have missed the first application deadlines, here is some important information.
University of Ljubljana has published the Call for enrolment for the academic year 2017/2018 on the Study at the University of Ljubljana web page. There you will find all the necessary information about the study programmes, enrolment fees and the “Year Plus”. For all additional information write to study.info@uni-lj.si.
University of Maribor also offers some general information in English about their undergraduate and postgraduate programmes on their web page. Contact e-mail address for international students is poststudy@um.si and if you have questions regarding recognition of your education recognition@um.si.
University of Primorska also published the call for enrolment into first, second and third cycle programmes in the academic year 2017/2018. Detailed information is available on the website of the Admissions Office of the University of Primorska.
Information about the Call for enrolment at the University of Nova Gorica is available on their English Study web page, where you can also read about the advantages of studying there. Specific info about the application procedure for Bachelor, Master and PhD is also available on-line.
The enrolment application for studying at public and private higher education institutions in Slovenia (faculties, professional colleges, academies) must be submitted online via the web portal eVŠ for all undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes. Filling in the enrolment application is carried out in several steps. Once you have successfully submitted the electronic enrolment application, you will receive to the email address indicated in your application a PDF document of the completed enrolment application.
1 – The first application deadline from February 6, 2017 to March 3, 20172 – The second application deadline from August 22, 2017 to August 29, 2017
*Deadline for submission of the annexes to the application – Candidates who already possess school certificates abroad must send certified copies with the application. If you have not yet finished your education, send the application without supplemental documents. School certificates should be sent subsequently until the stated deadline in the table above.
