The citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo will continue to study in Slovenia under the same conditions that are valid for the citizens of EU countries. This will be relevant until these coutries join the European Union.
With the exchange of diplomatic notes the existing protocols between Republic of Slovenia and all of the above mentioned coutries have been prolonged. This was particualrly relevant for Serbia and BIH, since the duration was coming to an end.
