The ICoN – Italian Culture on the Net Consortium is offering three semester-long scholarships for the 2026/2027 academic year to partially cover the tuition fees for the Degree Program in Italian Language and Culture.
The degree program is delivered entirely through e-learning by the ICoN Consortium on behalf of its member universities.
The scholarships are open to foreign citizens and Italian citizens residing abroad who meet the admission requirements for enrollment at an Italian university.
Application deadline: 8 September 2026.
Founded in 1999, the ICoN Consortium brings together twelve Italian universities to promote the Italian language and culture worldwide through e-learning and innovative technologies. The member universities are the University of Bologna, the University of Catania, the University of Genoa, the University of Milan, the University of Padua, the University of Parma, the University of Pisa, the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Roma Tre University, the University of Salerno, the University of Turin, and the University of Naples L’Orientale.
