Call for applications: DUO-Korea 2026 now open

We are pleased to inform Slovenian students that the DUO-Korea 2026 Programme is now open for applications until 20 May 2026 (Korean local time).

Established in 2001 and funded by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea, the DUO-Korea Programme aims to promote balanced and sustainable exchanges between Korea and 30 European ASEM member countries. Since 2009, the programme has focused on supporting student mobility, offering valuable opportunities for academic exchange. Over the past 25 years, more than 2,375 participants have received DUO fellowships.

Through this programme, European students enrolled in higher education institutions can receive financial support for exchange studies in Korea. We encourage Slovenian higher education institutions to share this opportunity widely and support students interested in gaining international experience in Korea.
